Waterview On The Bay

We got the cottage with 2 bedrooms and kitchen . Spacious living room with a pull out couch for additional bed . This resort has beautiful waterfront , barbecue options and bonfire . We had a great weekend with family and friends here . The host Mentor was very kind and helpful . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting sauble falls, beach or tobermory . We will Return here soon . Please carry bug spray and cortisone as there are lots of mosquitoes because of the waterfront I guess.

My wife and I decided to stay in this location for our 3 day trip to Wiarton and it was a perfect fit for us. We stayed in a one bed room on the second floor, and it had everything we needed which included a mini fridge, comfortable queen sized bed, a small but powerful AC unit, a bathroom with plenty of toiletries and shower, a sink, and on top of all of that, a beautiful view of the water and shoreline. There is a nice section of property that extends to the bay, as well as a heated swimming pool. There was even a small playground for children and a decent horseshoe pit that I didn't expect to see. Everything was well kept and clean as we arrived, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The price for our two nights there was also very reasonable. I would recommend this location to anyone of all ages who wants a scenic motel to stay in for a short vacation!

The mitel is in an absolutely beautiful spot with a private beach on the property. The room was also very beautiful with a jacuzzi and a very nice and comfy bed. We received very good service from the staff especially mentor. 100 percent recommend staying here.

I’m very impressed with this hotel. Very clean, worm, fantastic location and view. Definitely looking forward to go back again.

We just spent the night at the lovely Waterview on the Bay Resort and had a fantastic stay. We were in Room 207, which is on the second floor but level with the parking lot—so no stairs needed to get into the room, although there are stairs to access the pool area. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped with a mini fridge, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.  One of our favorite things was the spacious private balcony, which had a table, chairs, and a two-person hot tub. The views of the water and trees were absolutely breathtaking—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property is beautifully maintained, with lots of trees, flowers, and green space. There’s a beach area you can walk to, with chairs, benches, and a gazebo overlooking the bay. We also appreciated the community center, which had tables and chairs, a small kitchen with dishes and a microwave, and an outdoor BBQ that guests can use. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was incredibly pleasant and helpful—answered all my questions and made us feel very welcome. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this peaceful, scenic, and well-kept resort!

We just stayed here during the Canada day weekend with our 4yr old son and extended family. The views are great, the room is compact, cozy and has all required amenities. There is a recreational space where everyone can gather and eat together and also use all applications. There's a barbecue grill too which you can use. The owner is super friendly and kind hearted. We were supposed to checkout at 10.30am but he allowed us to stay till 11 when our son was so reluctant and sad to leave the pool. Our son loved every bit of the stay including the pool, the sandy private beach and the cozy beds. We were also able to sit on the benches and the beach and enjoy food and family time. Amazing experience, would definitely recommend it!

Stayed at the cottage for few days. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The private beach is good to relax and unwind. Located near to all amenities. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade.

Beautiful place for families, couples and singles alike. Owner and staff were very kind and attentive. Grounds were well taken care of and clean. Nice little beach, shallow area and swings for little ones. There is also a pool! You will not be disappointed. Will 100% come back if we can. Our puppy loved it too.
